The idea originated a few years ago when one of the founders spent six months traveling through Central America. After frequently drinking electrolyte beverages, he felt it was time to develop something similar in the Netherlands. A long time passed — the idea came up often, but was never actually pursued.

Until he went on a second trip, this time together with another founder. That’s when the decision was finally made. If people drink this both in Central America and Asia, then we should bring it to the market too — and so it happened.
